Supervisor, Maintenance (Finance)

Responsibilities

• Timely assignment of maintenance work order completion.
• Responsible for the delegation of maintenance work.
• Scheduling, implementation, and installation of new equipment.
• Develops, implements, and reviews regularly, plant maintenance logs.
• Conducts maintenance inspections.
• Coordinates, arranges, and supervises the completion of corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Ensures that equipment and furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable condition and / or arrange for replacement.
• Plans, administers and coordinates various engineering and cost saving programs designed to improve plant operating performance and reduce waste and delay in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulated trade experience.
• Ability to supervise at least 5 employees across multiple shifts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Excel.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
• Experience in estimating maintenance and repair cost.

Education

Preferred High School Diploma or GED.Qualifications
