Human Resources - Intern Administrative (Finance)
This is a 3-month internship opportunity within the Training department. The intern will gain valuable
hands-on experience with new employee training, designing engaging training programs and
communication strategies within the work environment. This internship will provide a unique
opportunity to learn about adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, training
delivery techniques, performance measurement.
Rate: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Work with the Training Coordinator and Employee Experience Specialist to move trainees through the
onboarding experience. This includes:
First Day orientation
Workplace Introduction
Daily checkins
Mid Week/Final Training Review
Training Audits
Tracking and reporting of training
Projects could include:
Creating a training process using the Training Within Industry methodology for specific positions
Creating work instructions for specific positions
Creating an interactive tour and onboarding experience, this includes day 0-90 of employment
