JOB DESCRIPTION :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering and 6 years of experience in job offered or 6 years of experience in Related Occupation
RELATED OCCUPATION:
2 years of experience as a MS Access/VBA Developer or any other job title performing the following job duties:
1. Analyzing and designing MS Access application features to ensure that customers' needs are met.
2. Modifying or creating new user interfaces (forms) in MS Access, creating and modifying stored procedures and queries.
3. Troubleshooting VBA code and stored procedures/queries.
4. Designing and implementing continual application testing processes.
5. Propose and design financial software applications based on the analysis to be performed.
6. Recommend software upgrades and enhancements for existing financial software systems.
7. Maintain various in-house financial web-based tools and operational software.
8. Lead the software development and support function for all project accounting responsibilities in support of Navy CLEAN 9008 contract encompassing over 200 active projects valued at $50M annually.
4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or any other job title performing the following job duties:
1. Program management for Digital Transformation key pillar program in the Mobile Department.
2. Drafting charters for the required automation initiatives supporting automation & innovation strategy.
3. Acting as a subject matter expert with software vendors (M/s Comarch , M/s BMC Remedy), IT & Automation department in order to translate the department requirements & the analyzed processes into software solutions.
4. Alignment between different stakeholders to achieve the program goal to automate all the workforce tasks & processes.
5. Developing from scratch, maintaining, troubleshooting & enhancing the following in-house automation solution to act as a transition period till the implementation of the final solution.
6. Automation of reports for Etisalat management up to CTO level, including deep analysis of Mobile Network Department running projects. With related trends, weekly/ monthly progress and deviation indicators based on Mobile Projects users live updates.
7. Automation of KPls monitoring, capturing all mobile programs/projects deviation and providing change request recommendation whenever applicable.
8. Implementation of Warehouse Inventory System with a complete workflow to handle the equipment releasing/receiving cycle, starting from initiation of request moving through required approvals till warehouse bar-code scanning & closure.
9. Creation of graphical insights & related dashboards with illustrative animations to give management a better & simpler view on the department performance.
