HRIS Analyst (Finance)
System Maintenance: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and software patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the timely application of upgrades, solutions, or advancement of systems. Build test scripts, document process and results.
Data Analytics- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports, queries, or dashboards with knowledge of SQL and relational databases used with reporting tools. Data collection, extraction and production of trend and forecast analysis. Ensure data integrity by identifying and working collaboratively to resolve data anomalies. Develops standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Contributes to data integrity in HCM systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Production Support: Provide support for HR team in varying degrees of urgency depending on business needs including researching and resolving data problems, unexpected results or process flaws, responsible for various critical operational tasks, performing ongoing scheduled activities, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Projects/Process Improvements - Provide innovative solutions, changes and/or major variations from established policy that improve operations. Serve as a subject matter expert with third parties and other stakeholders. Use project management skills in managing initiatives and new vendor implementations.
Individual Development - Examines trends in HR Technology training and techniques. Attends classes, reading or webinars or other mechanisms to continually increase both HR and HR Technology knowledge. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies as pertains to the job function.Product Management: Act as primary point of contact for HR Systems with certain vendors. Build and maintain requirements of certain system to be used for report writing, audits or testing. Also responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of integration files in collaboration with the technical team. Programming and ongoing maintenance used in web portals to produce branding and theme files to enhance appearances as needed.
