TK Elevator's IT Department in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented University Student Intern to join our team as a Project Support & Coordinator.

This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in IT project management, work alongside seasoned professionals, and contribute to the success of innovative technology initiatives within the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project tasks and timelines.
• Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for project-related activities, including meeting setup, resource tracking, and follow-ups on action items.
• Process Improvement: Support initiatives to streamline project management processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
• Agile & Waterfall Support: Participate in project planning meetings (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) or Waterfall-specific milestones, depending on project methodology.
• Tool Usage: Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) to create reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
