Position Overview:
Vertex Premier Hotel Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Manager to oversee overnight cleaning operations at a prestigious hotel in Oxon Hill, MD. This role requires managing night and swing shifts to ensure exceptional cleanliness and operational standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with third-party overnight cleaning services in a hotel environment, thrives in leadership roles, and excels in team management.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage overnight cleaning operations to maintain hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
Coordinate night and swing shift schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels.
Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning and safety standards.
Train, support, and lead cleaning teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain seamless service delivery.
Communicate effectively with hotel management, cleaning staff, and vendors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and manage procurement as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing third-party overnight cleaning services, preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work night and swing shifts.
Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage.
