Assistant Systems Administrator (Information Technology)
Provide user IT Support via the help desk ticket system
Aid in documenting IT systems
Assist with projects and initiatives to the extent that they can without adversely affecting their ability to support their primary job responsibilities
Assist with data management functions, including backup and archiving.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
At least one (1) year of relevant IT experience
A+, Network+, Security+
MSCE / MCITP certifications or equivalent experience
Thorough IPC skills and remote support via the Service Desk
Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2016 to 2019 preferred
