Legal Operations Manager (Administrative)
Develop and implement strategies to optimize legal operations and improve departmental efficiencies, including matter management, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
Manage legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management and corporate governance systems, in close collaboration with IT and external consultants.
Oversee records lifecycle, litigation holds/e-discovery, and corporate governance processes affecting legal information.
Assist the General Counsel with corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, minutes, and other governance documents.
Coordinate engagement of external legal counsel and legal service providers; monitor legal fees and cost trends.
Lead strategic planning efforts and create legal department roadmaps, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Manage one direct report: Executive Assistant.
Provide oversight on the legal department intranet site, budget, and reporting.
Monitor changes in legal, legislative, and regulatory areas relevant to the company.
Maintain up-to-date contract templates, clause libraries, and legal reference materials.

What you need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field; JD or paralegal certification a plus.
Minimum of five years of experience in legal operations or a related role within a corporate legal department.
Strong understanding of legal operations best practices and corporate governance principles.
Familiarity with legal technology solutions, Office 365, and AI tools in legal functions.
Experience managing people and teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong judgment and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
Ability to proactively manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $96,400 - $144,600 per year. The pay range listed is just one component of Green Diamond's total compensation package. Other rewards include eligibility to receive a company-wide annual financial performance bonus, and the opportunity to receive an individual performance-based bonus, candidate referral bonuses, and spot bonuses.
