Position Summary
The Smokehouse BBQ and Brews Busser is responsible for removing all the used dishes and tableware and preparing the table in a professional manner for new guests. This role serves to expedite the restaurant floor and seated guests in a timely manner. Potential earnings for this position is $15to $17per hour based on actual employee earnings but not guaranteed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Removes all dishes and other items from table following the mealCleans and prepares table for new guests in accordance to the Companys standardsPerforms cleaning side work as assignedCompletes all service paperwork as requiredSupports waiters and kitchen staff in other duties as requiredPerforms other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must be 16 years oldPhysical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.)High energy and stamina are requiredAbility to stay calm and work efficiently under pressureAbility to prioritize job duties and manage time effectivelyStrong verbal communication skills requiredWillingness to work evenings and weekends as requiredExcellent customer service to treat guests like familyAbility to read menus, safety documents, and other work-related documents
