A&M's Valuation Services practice is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst I to join our Structured Finance and Capital Equipment (SFCE) practice which provides valuation and consulting services related to renewable energy assets and various types of equipment, typically for financing purposes. The team is seeking a detail-minded individual to provide high-level operational support to the SFCE team in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment with a focus on exceptional client service.

Bachelor's degree required, in a business-related major (accounting/finance preferred) 1-5+ years of work experience or relevant internship experience Prior experience in an accounting or consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firm preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Proficient/experience with collaboration software, e.g. BOX, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, WIPs, Agresso, Prime or other time management tool Basic knowledge of accounting, valuation and/or financial principles a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Prior proofreading experience a plus
Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours

The salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
