Pickleball Intern (Manufacturing)

The Director of Pickleball Operations is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Interns to join our team. Interns will be responsible for capturing brief video interviews with pickleball players to create compilation videos for social media platforms. This is a position with flexible hours, requiring 3-5 hours per week with ideal availability during peak playing times (mornings and late afternoons/evenings).

Stipend: A stipend will be paid at the completion of the internship. Interns willclock in/out in UKG to determine the stipend amount.
$250 average of 4-6 hours per week
$500 average of 9-10 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Conduct brief video interviews with pickleball players at the YMCA and developing marketing print and video products for the Director of Pickleball Operations.
Ask pre-determined questions to players and record their responses.Compile, organize and provide very lite video editing so the content can be used to create engaging content for social media platforms.Ensure high-quality video and audio recordings.Represent Cheers professionally and enthusiastically while interacting with players.Adhere to company branding guidelines when creating content.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for interview questions and video content.

Requirements:
Familiarity with the sport of pickleball.Extremely outgoing and comfortable approaching individuals of all ages.Availability during peak playing times (mornings and late afternoons/evenings).Confident behind and in front of the camera.Basic video editing skillsReliable transportation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
