Join the Publix Technology Settlement Platform and Support Team as a Tier 3 Support Specialist, where you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing advanced support for modern payments applications developed for the settlement and reporting for all EFT payments. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with enterprise teams and product management to ensure seamless application performance and stability. As a key contributor, you will manage and prioritize support tickets, technology migration efforts, writing user stories and grooming product backlog items to ensure timely and effective solutions that enhance the user experience for Publix corporate associates and retail associates and customers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with management, peers, technology vendors, and business unit customers. We are looking for someone with proven experience in tier 3 support and a background in leading or contributing to technology migration efforts towards modern architecture. Expertise in agile best practices, enterprise-scale reporting and logging tools, database design, and payment systems is essential for success in this position.
