Sr Engineer, Digital Quality & Transformation (Finance)
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Familiarity with digital technologies and tools used in quality management, such as data analytics, BI, machine learning, and IoT.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience driving transformations
• Experience applying and adapting tools and methods to achieve agreed upon performance goals
• Team player/leader who works well with diverse groups of people & preferably has experience leading others in a quality function

• Realize the customer first value in the organization by defining the customer first initiatives and foster customer centricity activities.
• Execute the winning plan of quality to the plants
• Responsible to implement a comprehensive digital quality transformation strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and quality standards across all Engineer to order manufacturing sites.
• Analyze existing quality processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancements, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve product quality and compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, IT, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and integration of digital quality initiatives.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital quality tools and technologies, such as data analytics, IoT, and AI, to enhance quality management systems.
• Support quality training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to effectively utilize digital quality tools and methodologies.
• Foster a culture of quality and innovation by promoting digital transformation initiatives and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead reporting and process standardization across North America Plants.
