DG Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Assist in the supervising and training for all retail store and production personnel, clients, trainees and volunteers. Check quality and quantity of finished products to ensure production standard and quotas are attained. Responsible for ensuring the retail production needs are met through effective leadership and planning within budgeted amounts of time constraints. Assist in ensuring maximum sales performance through proper stock rotation, display, signage, and inventory levels. Assisting in the proper operation of store security and safety systems including but not limited to: door, locks, alarms, office door, band deposits, refunds, safe, incident reports, and fire extinguishers.
