The Director of Ecommerce & Lifecycle Marketing will play a lead role in digital customer acquisition, adoption and retention. You will work across business leadership, marketing, technology and operations teams to scale ecommerce capabilities for revenue growth, while taking a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. This role is responsible for driving marketing initiatives with a focus on developing key processes and campaigns that deliver revenue results. The ideal candidate will possess skills, experience and passion for ecommerce marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, process innovation & analytics.
What you'll do:
Drive eCommerce revenue, marketing capability roadmap, operational processes and shared OKRs across multiple lines of business
Develop and execute marketing strategies, tactics and insights that increase customer acquisition, sales and retention
Work with cross-functional teams in campaigns, product launches, promotional plans and customer onboarding communications
Own revenue management meetings and reporting of ecommerce channel performance
Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to monitor, manage and maximize customer growth and revenue
Establish ecommerce data, reporting and analytics in partnership with marketing analytics team
Collaborate with marketing technology teams to build capabilities, campaigns and customer journeys
What experience you need:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce focus, preferably in B2B

Preferred experience using modern digital marketing tools for reporting and analysis of ecommerce results (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
