Master's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Requires 10 to 15 years of experience in upper-level management and sales in the elevator industry.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of the service sales process.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies.
Must be very well organized, have a high energy level, strong work ethic, acute attention to detail and be very process oriented.
Must be motivated, goal oriented and proactive.
Ability to identify, own, understand, supervise and delegate to ensure accurate completion under strict timelines with minimal guidance; ability to react well under pressure and willing to accept responsibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to address business challenges and provide solutions.
Must be team oriented and have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with employees and customers within and outside the regional office.
