Associate Manager, Digital Designer (Finance)

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 110,112.00 USD - 144,522.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. We're looking for an outstanding Digital Designer who has a passion for creating work for social, website, eCommerce and email to name a few. You will help concept, design, develop, produce, and execute digital design & content for the Lifestyle Brands (LSB) portfolio of brands across all digital channels. Your main purpose will be to create amazing platform-relevant content, that in-turn creates a disproportionate amount of noise. You will join a fast-paced, growing creative team that is raising the bar for all our brands.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Hands-on execution + production of world-class digital design and content
• Proven ability to develop & apply on-brand campaigns & design systems across digital channels, direct-to-consumer (DTC), Amazon, paid media, social, digital display, etc.
• You will partner with the creative studio & brand experience teams on end-to-end campaign development and delivery
• Influence social content to help drive engagement and momentum. A strong understanding of social media, digital platforms, and emerging technology and media trends. (including Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Along with creative leads, partner with external agencies when necessary to ensure creative excellence and provide constructive, clear, feedback
• Partner with the brand experience team to work with external influencers when relevant
• Play a key role in identifying & working with best-in-class specialist contractors, designers, animators, illustrators, etc. to help us deliver amazing digital content for all of our brands
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:
• 5+ years of relevant digital design experience for an agency or in-house creative team
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative skill and a point of view on great digital design. (must be attached in application)
• 1+ years working with social platforms for brands, either internal or external. (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
• 1+ years working in ecommerce, (CPG, Beauty, Retail preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1+ years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

• Ability to multi-task, driving delivery of multiple projects at once, across brands and across markets.
• Resilience to work within a fast pace, with agility and tenacity. Respect for deadlines and timelines
• Ability to build successful relationships with internal / external stakeholders
• Active user on social media
• Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution
• Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve, able to contribute and thrive with minimal direction
• Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Confidence and curiosity in asking questions for clarification, willingness and desire to learn
• Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes, with accuracy and thoughtfulness
• Experience with photography and video production, from creating and filming to editing images and video content
