Food and Beverage Supervisor - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)
Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee The Nest on Four, their Sports Bar, their daytime dining Restaurant Homespun and Private Dining operations!
The ideal candidate has Food and Beverage supervisory experience, is detail oriented and has excellent leadership and communication skills and is looking forward to growing in their Food and Beverage career. In this role, you will oversee a team of 10-20 Team Members per shift, depending on business levels.
Shift Pattern: Flexibility with schedules, with AM, MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 6AM, and ending as late as 12AM-1AM. Weekends/holidays availability required.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
