Human Resource Generalist
Urban Engineers, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to join the HR team in our Philadelphia office.
As the HR Generalist, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries, activities, and processes such as end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action and compliance reporting, immigration, and metrics and reporting. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this position will provide support and advice related to the full employee lifecycle at Urban Engineers, Inc. for assigned business units.
This role is based in our Philadelphia office, with a hybrid schedule of four days per week in the office and one day remote (or full time in the office if preferred).
