Quality Trainer - Aurora, IL (Project Management)
Position Summary
Responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees, focusing on the company's Quality Manual and Quality Procedures. Demonstrate a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to create learning content. Regularly lead training sessions with the ability to encourage and motivate employees to adhere to high-quality standards of work.

Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Design and facilitate training sessions based on the company's Quality Manual and Quality Procedures. Ensure content is relevant, accessible, and impactful for employees at all levels.
2. Effectively convey complex quality concepts to employees, ensuring understanding, compliance, and application. Ensure individuals understand all Quality guidelines and can successfully demonstrate them.
3. Develop and maintain high-quality training materials such as presentations, manuals, workbooks, and online modules, ensuring they align with industry best practices and the company's quality standards.
4. Evaluate the success of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Adjust training techniques and materials as needed to improve learning outcomes and adherence to quality standards.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends, quality management system changes, and training innovations. Propose new methods to enhance the quality of training programs.
6. Assist in ensuring the company meets internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements. Help prepare employees for audits by educating them on quality procedures and quality documentation.
7. Work with employees to encourage change and effectively provide change management techniques as needed if resistant to change is identified. Utilize conflict management techniques to ensure training engagement is successful and in accordance with company standards.
8. Partner with management and other departments to identify specific training needs and align quality training initiatives with overall company goals.
9. Assist the Quality Manager with maintaining ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
10. Collaborate with the education department to arrange training sessions for customers on ISO 17025 requirements.
11. Provide ongoing education and training to support departments with quality-related questions and concerns.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: Office Environment.
Physical Demands: The person in this position needs occasionally to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
Travel: 25% travel to the company locations.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred; additional specialized training on ISO 17025-2017 is a plus. Knowledge of Gage R&R and quality tools are preferred but not required. At least 3-5 years of experience in quality training.
