Role reports to: Senior Demand Planner or Supply Chain Business Lead
Location: Summit, NJ.
What you will do
The Supply Chain Planning Co-Op is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
• Leveraging advanced analytical tools to deliver business critical daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Partner with the Digital/Process Excellence teams on automation opportunities to make these reports more efficient for the organization
• Collaborate with internal partners in Operations and Commercial on critical business processes and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure participation and drive actions
• Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Be at least a sophomore (but not necessarily taking classes)
• Pursuing a major in Supply Chain Management or related majors (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
• A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 scale
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from June-2025 to January 2026
• The student is expected to be available for travel to the office. Please note that arranging transportation will be the student's responsibility
Desired Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc...)
• Collaboration and team building skills; proven leadership ability
• Analytical mindset and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
• Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Dependable and reliable
