While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand and walk on concrete, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, access platforms from 6 to 45 feet, required to work in confined spaces. Specific vision abilities include close, distant, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Loud noise is to be expected in this position.

(1) Excellent Pay - The entry level pay for this position is $27.15. Through a pay for skills program, additional pay increases correspond with each increase in achieved skill level. Top pay at level 6 of $37.80 per hour. Annual level increases based on market and budget factors. Plus, night shift employees receive an additional $2.25 per hour.
(2) Pay for Skill Environment - You train at your own pace, with a defined roadmap and access to the tools and resources to help you achieve next levels.
(3) Incentive Pay - Quarterly bonus incentives - earn up to 7% per quarter based on safety, quality, and other metrics.
