Manager Implementation (Sales)
Job Summary
Manage and monitor all prime vendor implementations and branded pricing for prime vendor accounts to include daily measurement of input and output and addressing escalating issues that may delay pricing. Oversee and manage the daily flow of the department. Develop and execute new techniques to maximize speed and accuracy.Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and ensure implementation projects are delivered on time. This includes delegating implementation projects; assign PM and analyst team to run and support each project.
Oversee prime vendor customer item file accuracy. Ensure data is in a usable format.
Assist sales in efforts to effectively cross current non-Medline items to Medline items by ensuring essential, accurate information is in the master file.
Establish and maintain relationships with all parties including Medline sales team, designated service managers, price approvers and distributors.
Manage progress of Prime Vendor Pricing team through analysisreports and develop new tracking tools for the department to include productivity levels, completion times and accuracy rates. Track Medline conversions through the use of conversion scorecards and review progress live with the rep and the manager on a monthly basis.
Assist with strategic direction of implementation team in the continual improvement of implementation processes, procedures, and personnel.
Execute new techniques to maximize speed and accuracy to strengthen the implementation process.
Assist with customer related presentations for high profile customers
Management responsibilities
Typically oversees professional employees/teams OR manages non-professional employees through Supervisors in manufacturing, distribution or office environments
Day-to-day operations of a group of employees
May have limited budgetary responsibility and usually contributes to budgetary impact
Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects; develop, recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies
Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning
Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
At least 4 years of vendor, inventory or sales/client service experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
Experience with large-scale account implementations including LUM logistical setup and demonstrating understanding of complex supply chain operations.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
