Responsibilities
You Will . . .
- Assist with testing related to the Company's SOX 404 program including completing and documenting key process walk-throughs and testing controls.
- Assist in the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of financial, operations and compliance internal audits and special projects.
- Gather and analyze data to identify potential risks and control weaknesses utilizing data analytic tools (Alteryx, Power BI).
- Address and complete all review notes resulting from completed audit work.
- Provide meaningful communications to audit management.
- Complete research of technical and industry matters, as required.
- Perform other duties as requested, including selected data analysis and administrative tasks.
- Local travel may be required, but not to exceed 5%.

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Education, Training & Professional Experience:
- Presently enrolled as a Junior or higher, in an undergraduate or master's program in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems, or similar disciplines.
- Completed coursework in Auditing is a preferred plus.
- Minimum GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale is required.
- Relevant work experience is a plus.
- Local student to the Atlanta office.
- Able to commute to the office 3 days a week.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Client service orientation and self-starting demeanor.
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Ability to work on teams as well as on individual assignments.
- Desire to gain professional experience; eager to learn; strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate foundational understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize assignments.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
