Our company is currently seeking a Site Development Construction Project Manager to support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reading and interpreting civil engineering plans for site development.Effectively communicate and work closely with the foreman and superintendents, as well as municipality employees and other project managers and customers.Assisting field foreman with ordering materials, maintaining good working relationships with customers and inspectors, approving invoicing for time and materials, and setting up and attending inspections on job sites.Managing multiple jobs, including coordinating with project owners and engineers.
