Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Bridge Crest Post Acute

Compensation:

• $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report to the RN or physician as needed.
• Assist with developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care is provided.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care and observations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and infection control procedures.
• Foster a positive, caring environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Washington
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
