This role is central to driving coordination for conventions and industry expos with a large team, ensuring our presence at these events aligns with our mission and business objectives and driving the operations and logistics coordination that make that process seamless. In addition, the manager will oversee digital and print marketing plans, develop engaging communication strategies, and implement data-driven campaign analysis to optimize performance for these events and other team activity. With a focus on efficiency, standardization, and omnichannel marketing, this position will also be responsible for budget management and industry insights, helping Vitalant remain at the forefront of the evolving Biotherapy landscape.

Location: This position can be located remotely from a work-at-home environment anywhere in the United States

- Develop and execute digital and print marketing strategies, communication plans, and conference initiatives for targeted segments, products, and programs.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustments based on performance data and industry best practices.
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure marketing expenses align with segment, product, and program financial plans.
- Present insights and findings to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide strategic guidance on changes and developments in the Biotherapy field.
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the industry to support growth and innovation in targeted biotherapies.
Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
- A proven track record of successful execution of the basic principles of business-to-business marketing and communications through multiple mediums is required.
- Three years of related experience required.
- Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to manage and prioritize stakeholders from multiple disciplines through informal authority and influence.
- Must be able to manage to a budget and facilitate prioritization of activities and goals within that budget framework.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
- Effective oral and written business communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Ability to travel (25+%).
