Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Development:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, and deliver functional websites that meet business objectives.

Website Maintenance:

Regularly update website content, plugins, and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO to enhance user engagement and search rankings.
Implement best practices for website accessibility, usability, and responsive design.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support for website-related issues across the organization.
Work closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to support digital initiatives.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure websites are secure, GDPR-compliant, and meet data protection standards.
Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary security measures.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in website design, development, and maintenance.
Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), front-end frameworks, and web development tools.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and website analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce platforms and API integrations.
Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
