HR Business Partner (Finance)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
This role will support human resources functions, collaborating closely with Supervisors and Managers to meet recruitment and training needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supervisors and Managers to assess workforce needs and provide recruitment and training solutions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Create, update, and maintain training records in compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records management and compliance documentation.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in coordinating employee development programs and training sessions.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Apply sound judgment and common sense understanding to execute written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a custom configured, high-mix, high-customized, low volume
- Excellent positive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record in training employees about safety and production
- Experience with ISO-9001 requirements and processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
- Leadership and decision making-ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in business, industrial engineering or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Industry-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to read and understand English instructions.
