Digital Media Support Engineer (Finance)
The Digital Media Support Engineer plays a pivotal role by serving as the Digital Media support subject matter expert for our Managed Services team. This role will support FORTÉ's customers' DM technology and will be a member of the Managed Services - Service Desk team.
This person will be responsible for Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management. This position will support the Service Contracts sold by the branch and Managed Services Practice to achieve our business revenue, gross profit (GP) and profitability objectives.
What You Bring to Assure Success
Previous experience in the supporting and troubleshooting of digital media and signage technologies. Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction Communication and customer relation skills Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites Good working knowledge of Scala, Carousel, Appspace, Navori, Four Winds or similar applications. Ability to understand LAN, WAN, basic router and network technology.
