How will you make an impact?
The Product Engineer is responsible for facilitating engineering processes at the site, supporting other engineers, and ensuring operational excellence in the assigned manufacturing processes. This individual will implement, support, train, and troubleshoot processes within the facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. As a key contributor to the engineering team, the Product Engineer must understand the entire manufacturing chain and the impact of process changes and be recognized as a leader in driving process improvements and operational excellence. Additionally, the Product Engineer will lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments, train site employees on Change Management (CM) processes such as Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Manufacturing Change Notices (MCN), and Product Change Notices (PCN), and conduct audits to ensure proper execution of CM procedures while improving site CM processes through standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects.
