Software Engineering Senior Advisors - Evernorth Health Services - Hybrid (Finance)
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms and computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.);
• Provide leadership on complex engineering assignments and projects, and act as the principal designer for major systems and their subsystems;
• Work closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, opportunities for the reuse of existing code;
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solution;
• Document, test, implement and provide on-going support for applications;
• Serve as subject matter expert; and
• Code new or modified programs as necessary.

• The salary for this position is $134,221.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering;
• 5 years of experience in a related occupation;
• Experience gathering functional requirements, and designing and developing ETL solutions;
• Experience partnering with Architecture and Business to identify target solutions and integration patterns;
• Experience developing ETL mappings and SQL scripts;
• Experience overseeing deployment of developed codes across multiple environments;
• Experience carrying out Proof of Concepts for application development;
• Experience identifying business gaps and suggesting changes;
• Experience developing BI reports according to business needs; and
• Experience using: SQL, HTML, Python, Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, SSRS, and Agile methodology.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,400 - 212,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
