TMS Program Supervisor (Education)
Supervise TMS program staff, provide guidance, mentorship, and conduct performance evaluations.
Monitor the overall success and consistency of the program across all locations.
Organize and lead ongoing staff training to ensure proper TMS procedures and understanding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and documentation.
Ensure accurate billing submissions and collaborate with the revenue cycle team.
Manage the prior authorization process for TMS treatments.
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program.
Perform essential duties of staff to assist in meeting timelines and expectations.
Conduct patient screenings and schedule appointments for internal and external referrals.
Respond to patient inquiries and emails from prospective TMS patients or referral sources.
Perform initial patient consultations, acting as a liaison and advocate.
Answer incoming calls to provide education and schedule appointments for patients.
Submit all required documentation, including Benefits Checks and Prior Authorizations.
Coordinate and schedule TMS services across multiple locations.
Provide reminder calls to patients for upcoming TMS appointments.
Document patient treatment history, vital signs, allergies, and contraindications as necessary.
Investigate and resolve complaints or concerns raised by patients, clinical staff, or administrators.
Administer TMS treatment according to physician protocols, ensuring patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
