As VP of Audience Lead Gen and CX Analytics you will be guiding your team to help us tackle new markets like wealth management and improve targeting and messaging within existing markets. You will develop segments, audiences and propensity-to-sell scores from 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data. These audiences will then empower our paid, earned, and owned partners to activate outreach, nurturing and sales across the full range of Prudential's client categories and commercial partners. We are looking for fresh ideas to strategically guide us through an exciting and challenging time in analytics, with the headwinds of PII privacy and the tailwinds of data abundance and AI. We work within a complex but enriching B2B2C business model. Are you up for it?
In addition to your lead gen responsibilities you will lead your team to continue to manage our CX analytics function. NPS is a major priority at Prudential all the way up to the C-Suite. This role helps the CX team quantify the incremental value of design and ROI to guide CX-driven improvements in business outcomes.
