Manager Equity Admininstration (Project Management)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Equity Administration to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity administration, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Hybrid Schedule- In office 2 days a week
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Equity Plan Management: Oversee the administration of all global equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs).
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including SEC reporting requirements, tax laws, and company policies.
Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees, at all levels, including the c-suite, regarding equity compensation, including education on plan features, vesting schedules, and tax implications.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, and cancellations.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on equity compensation metrics to senior management and the board of directors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal, and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of equity compensation programs with other company initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of equity administration.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CEP) is a plus.
Certification / Licensure:

Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity administration, preferably within a Fortune 500 company.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
