Medline is seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring systems are designed for resiliency, reliability, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications that meet the business needs and user requirements. As a senior team member, you will drive technical design decisions, mentor junior developers, and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices into our workflows. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, solve complex business challenges, and deliver high-quality applications that improve operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using .Net and low code platforms.
Use best practices and standards to ensure code quality, performance and security.
Integrate applications with other systems and data sources using APIs, connectors and web services.
Debug, troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Evaluate application and program modifications to ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements.
Provide in-depth knowledge in the research, planning, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment of high quality software that meets business requirements.
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders with minimal dependency from Lead or Manager; act as a primary contact for all domains
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
Solve complex problems; act as escalation point for IS team members. Take a new perspective on existing solutions to troubleshoot and support all deployed software.
Adhere to and enforce all company standards related to software development including security, performance and resiliency standards.
Maintain an understanding of software development industry trends and best practices and promote their introduction to the company as applicable.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software development, ideally using .Net and low code platforms such as MS Power Apps and Outsystems.
At least 2+ years of Hands-on experience with Outsystems.
Proficient in C#, .net core, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have:
Familiar with MS Power Apps components, formulas, expressions, data sources and connectors.
Experience in using MS Power Automate, MS Power BI and MS Power Virtual Agents.
Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
