API Consumer Support Specialist (Healthcare)

Technatomy is currently seeking an API Consumer Support Specialist to join our team in support of our Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Enterprise Module & System Integration Services (VEMSIS) contract.
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES):
· Ensure consumer satisfaction through facilitation of issue resolution and seamless onboarding to production environment.
· Manage consumer support team queue in Salesforce – handling cases for consumer questions and issues from initial submission through completion, escalating to appropriate teams as needed.
· Ensure all submitted cases are responded to in a timely manner and addressed efficiently.
· Maintain high level technical knowledge across API product line to provide adequate tier one support and troubleshooting before escalating to other teams.
· Maintain thorough process knowledge and use a proactive approach for smooth onboarding of new API consumers.
· Schedule and run consumer meetings and demos with program leadership.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 3+ years of customer service experience.
· Experience in customer issue resolution, ticket management, and consumer communications.
· Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
· Prior VA or Federal Agency experience preferred.
· Current VA clearance is highly desired.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
CLEARANCE:
· Must be a US Citizen.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

· Remote
