We seek a highly skilled Planning and inventory Manager to oversee Sales and operations Planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning, inventory management, and procurement processes. This role requires analytics, reporting, and Oracle systems expertise to drive data-driven decision-making. What We Are Looking For

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities.
• Develop and manage the demand and supply plan, including production and component planning.
• Oversee spares planning to ensure availability while optimizing costs.
• Conduct supply and demand (S/D) matching, ensuring appropriate inventory positioning and transfers.
• Manage Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) availability and end-of-quarter planning.
• Act as the business lead for MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes and systems.
• Define and standardize purchasing and procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop toolkits, policies, and procedures to improve supply chain performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance planning, procurement, and inventory management
• Develop data-driven reporting to track key inventory and supply chain metrics.
• Leverage analytics tools and Oracle systems to optimize inventory planning and procurement decisions.
• Identify trends and insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Track and manage inventory projections, including scrap, in-transit, and warehouse stock.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance cost, availability, and risk.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field (master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand/supply planning, and MRP systems.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in operating and collaborating in an international organization across functional and organizational boundaries
• Experience with lean inventory management techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools.
