Internal Communications Manager (Finance)
Position Summary
The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing an internal communications strategy that drives employee engagement and connectivity across our diverse lines of business. This role will manage the internal communications program for Moran and will join a growing marketing communications team, reporting into the Director of Marketing.
This role will work closely with various internal stakeholders, such as HR, IT, and individual business unit leaders, to create internal campaigns that empower employees to do their best work and ensure they are up to date on any organizational changes. The Internal Communications Manager will also work very closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure alignment with our external marketing objectives.
A successful candidate for this role enjoys thinking creatively about new ways to engage employees (both digitally and in-person), has excellent written communication skills, thrives on understanding "what makes people tick," and is looking to join a newer team where they can make an impact.

Moran Towing Corporation offers generous benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and competitive salaries based on geographic location. Our target pay range for the Internal Communications Manager position is $110,000 -$140,000 per year. This pay range represents Moran's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
