Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt, Transformation & StrategyThe Corporate Strategy team partners directly with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team members, and Business Presidents to help solve the most important and complex questions and challenges facing Prudential. The team focuses on enterprise-level issues, including strategy, business development, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
The team is seeking an experienced Director, Corporate Strategy to work with a generalist, go-anywhere team responsible for partnering directly with the CEOs, business presidents, and heads of Technology within the international and domestic businesses to drive growth and value in core, adjacent and new markets as well as support enterprise priorities. This can include strategy, business development, due diligence, post-merger integration, growth initiatives, and resource allocation. Leveraging their external profile and network, the individual in this role will be encouraged to bring new ideas, make connections, and create relevance with our current and potential partners.
This individual will be encouraged to invest in the development of their own strategy skills, as well as in the strategy skills of an informal network of individuals more broadly across the enterprise. The individual in this role will report directly to the Vice President, Head of Core Strategy and will partner with Business Leaders, Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Development and the broader Corporate Strategy team on specific efforts.
