Human Resources Generalist (Finance)
We are seeking an HR Generalist who will act as a key point of contact for both managers and employees regarding HR inquiries and support. The HR Generalist will provide assistance with interpreting policies, coordinating benefits and leave processes, and supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in HR functions, such as employee relations, compensation, compliance, and systems administration . In the absence of the Human Resources Manager/Director, this individual will act as a back-up, and oversee the Human Resources department's daily activities and employees.

This position will receive an annual performance review from the direct supervisor to discuss actual performance as compared to the company's stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.
