Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiencyManage crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M - $25MSupervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sitesExperience leading both large construction and data center projectsCompleted 2 or more projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor or field superintendentThrough managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprenticesMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
Job Requirements:
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
Minimum 8 years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teamsMinimum 2 years of prior supervisory experienceBe motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certificationsExperience utilizing prefabricationPossess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman licenseBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentivesEnjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
