Responsibilities
Work with the recruitment team on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent into the company.
Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, completing drug screens, answering document questions, and conducting facility tours.
Learning and assisting with the full-cycle recruitment process and procedures.
Support company initiatives like inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and craftsmanship, by focusing on candidate and employee experience during our busiest time of year.
Supporting all federal and local regulations regarding hiring practices in every phase of the hiring process.
Partnering with facility leadership, when needed, to make decisions regarding hiring, transfers, and position termination.
Requirements
A junior or senior currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Leadership/Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven interest in recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Bilingual preferred.
Pay, Shift, & Location
$20.00/hr
1 st Shift - 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed.
