Job Summary
This SAP IT Applications Intern will work as functional and technical analyst on a variety of technology projects and initiatives aligned with high-priority goals. Primary responsibilities of this position will be to . Requires expressed desire and willingness to build both functional and technical knowledge as needed to provide high levels of support to our business units. The Intern applies analysis and problem-solving skills to the process design effort and the evaluation of technology enabling solutions.

• Must be at least a second semester sophomore student in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other technical degree.
• GPA of 2.5 or above (A=4.0).
Job Duties
1. Analysis (10%): Help team members and business users analyze processes and recommend improvements.
2. Design and Development (50%): Develop content management solutions using Enterprise Content Management (ECM), focusing on SAP solutions for imaging, content management, and archiving. Collaborate with industry groups and conduct in-depth analysis of CITGO's technical processes.
3. Planning (5%): Formulate and execute less complex project deliverables.
4. System Support (15%): Assist in investigating production system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
5. Training: Plan and deliver training to end-users.
6. Professional Development (10%): Continuously develop technical, leadership, presentation, and decision-making skills. Stay updated on technology innovations and understand CITGO business processes.
