SUMMARY
Works proactively with Product Development (PD) Project Engineering Managers throughout the accessory development process to ensure compatibility with a high-volume-installation port environment. Makes recommendations as appropriate regarding installation jigs and templates, adhesives, tools, and equipment. Develops installation techniques, port work instructions, and training aids as appropriate. Coordinates and conducts accessory installation training events to ensure proper accessory installations at all port facilities as per the design intent. Protects these significant profit centers from liabilities including recalls, warranty costs, and customer dissatisfaction that could result from improper installations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $92,100 - $125,00 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
