Your Role as an LVN:

🔹 Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
🔹 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
🔹 Monitor resident health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
🔹 Work closely with CNAs, RNs, and other healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality of care
🔹 Educate residents and their families on care plans and health management
🔹 Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
🔹 Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents
