The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least one year of experience in customer service, hotel operations, and hotel front desk roles. A flexible schedule, strong computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills are critical requirements.
Classification: Full Time
Schedule:Must have open availability to work various evening and overnight shifts which include weekends and holidays
Hourly Range: $21.16 to $26.45
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
