We are currently looking fora Human Resources - Employee Relations Leadwith previous HR experience to join our team!
What youll be doing:
Provide employee relations support for employees and managers, including resolving issues and investigationsDevelop and deliver various HR trainings (open enrollment, new hire orientation, HR best practices, etc.)Provide HR reports as needed to central administration and scientific leadershipMaintain current working knowledge of compliance and regulatory concerns, industry trends and best HR practicesParticipate in continuous HR improvement initiatives and metricsMaintain confidentiality and accurate HR filesCompletes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 filesAssists with processing of terminationsAssists with the preparation of the performance review process
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting processMakes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functionsAssists or prepares correspondence as requestedPrepares new-employee filesPerforms other related duties as assigned
What were looking for:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experienceAt least three years related experience requiredSHRM-CP credential preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailWorking understanding of human resource principles, practices and proceduresExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
