Maintenance Supervisor - Trellis (Maintenance)

Trellis Chino is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping staff, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From $68,640 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring timely completion of duties.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
• Address and resolve any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or housekeeping.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
