CRM IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (Finance)
Global is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team. S/he will be primarily responsible for guiding new customer integrations onto our CRM and Core platforms. The CRM Implementation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding experience for our customers.
Responsibilities Will Include
Engage with customer stakeholders to manage timelines, scope, and change requests.
Conduct discovery calls with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
Oversee implementation projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement, end-user preparedness, internal product feedback, and creating Jira user stories.
Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure seamless implementations.
Attend regular project meetings, stand-ups, and status updates to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
Serve as an advisor on best practices and capabilities of the CRM.
Act as the main contact and CRM subject matter expert during the preliminary project phase.
Develop strong relationships with internal business partners, including Development, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strategic use of the CRM product.
Support additional large-scale implementations and migrations post go-live.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong Project Management skills especially on medium to large scale projects.
Experience with project management software (MS Project, Asana, etc), JIRA and Confluence
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to all levels of an external organization.
Ability to produce deliverables both independently and as part of cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage multiple commitments, and communicate needs effectively to leadership.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Critical thinking and an analytical approach to problem-solving, including setting, troubleshooting, and testing system configurations and processes.
Ability to adapt to and lead through changes in strategic direction and/or priorities.
